Mark Casson of Metanoia Prison Ministries shared about the powerful impact of ministry to those incarcerated. (Something he experienced personally as a prisoner.)
Santo Garofolo shared how “Disaster Response Builds Bridges. Santo is pastor of New City Fellowship of Atlantic City. NCF has partnered with MNA Disaster Response and hundreds of volunteers to reach the city and demonstrate God’s love and mercy to a community affected by Hurricane Sandy.
Shangwok Deng shared how “Refugee Ministry Builds Bridges.” Shangwok was born in Malakal, South Sudan. He came to the US as a refugee with his wife, and now serves as Director of Neighborhood Outreach at West End Presbyterian in Richmond, VA.
Cheryl Crocker shared how “Medical Missions Build Bridges.” Cheryl is a nurse and has ministered as a Global Medical Missionary with Mission to the World since 2000.
Nancy Booher shared about how “ESL Ministry Builds Bridges.” Nancy has served as the ESL Ministries Director for the Presbyterian Church in America since 2000.
Randy Nabors shared a medley of stories about how mercy and compassion have been demonstrated in Chattanooga, TN through the ministry of New City Fellowship. Randy is pastor emeritus of that church, and is Urban & Mercy Ministries Coordinator for the PCA.
